“A beautiful hypnotic pleasure”
Left Out was locust’s second evening length work and premiered in Fall of 2002 at Velocity Dance Center’s former Oddfellows Building residence in Seattle’s Capital Hill neighborhood. Left Out was site specific starting in the 3rd floor studio, with the performance and audience traveling down into the Mainspace Theater. The work was a rumination of all the different ways we see ourselves and each other.
